Are there any additional settings than can reduce overall file size when exporting plan sets as PDF's.  I'm already aware of the "Optimize for Size" option, but even when I take that down to 150dpi, my overall file size still seems large to me (e.g. +/- 5mb for +/- 10 pgs of b&w).  Not to mention, the reduction in quality, especially on lettering and dimensions.

What PDF writer is SP using in the background when you export a plan set?

Thanks - Mark

Mark, I see you are reviewing other threads for this, which may help. I'll just add a something that may not be on the other threads, graphics, such as a company logo, can add a lot to the size of a PDF. I've noticed that when I make PDF's with & without my logo.

I think 5mb is a rather smalll figure for the amount of information contained. However, 150 dpi should still give an acceptable print quality. You may be expecting too much of the PDF's.
