I'm drawing floor trusses  for my floor, set 16" height offset 3" up and all is fine until I draw side entrance that is 2x10's   set at same height as truss so the offset is up 9.5 when I do that it changes my truss height to 9.5" fro 16" and all the rim joist. I tried anchor but it keeps changing.

if you have 2 floor systems that have "DIFFERENT" OFFSETS,

you need to EDIT them and give each level a different "LEVEL" NUMBER.

dbl check and make sure all components of each level have the

same level number.

NOTE: you don't have to UNcheck "cleanup" nor do you have to check "anchor"

doing this from MEMORY so double check what i'm saying.

Thanks Randy that's what it was. It was driving me crazy. Although I have been using Softplan  since ver: 10 now on 2016  I still have a lot to learn. Thanks Again. bob
