Need designer for 1000' remodel in Pasadena, CA

Have a site plan and need construction drawings and energy analysis for garage conversion to dwelling.

We live and work in Dallas, TX and are available for all types of projects. Do you need Architect stamp to submit to city? Is this inside the city limits?

Yes, it's inside the city limits. I do not believe an architects stamp is required.

How do you charge for services? I would be sending a file taken as far as I could and looking for engineering tweaking.
