Garage Door rough openings

I must be doing something wrong or one of my settings need to be changed.. When I change the size of my garage doors the rough opening doesn't change with it. The height changes ,but not width. Anyone else?

No it doesn't ... Since garage doors fit behind the rough opening.

I find the same thing, .. to me, it just is what it is, .. enter the width, then the rough width

.. invariably, someone will have a simpler solution.
