Its not a big deal but I always fix it.. Softplan will only put the door 3 and a half inches from the hinge side of the rough? Should be 3 inches.

I have mine set for 3" and that is what I get. Have you set it to what you want and you aren't getting that?

For those who may still be looking for the setting.

 

Under System or Drawing options, go to Dimension/Extension Options- Opening Options and modify the Frame Clearance setting.
