I am looking for a drafting agreement to use as a template or guide to creating one of my own. I just want to make sure all parties have a full understanding of what is agreed to by both parties. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It might act as a good reference in drafting your own, .. but it might be wise to consolidate the contents, ..
Some clients may be put off when presented with so much legal paperwork up front
.. invariably, someone will have a simpler solution.
