Like a lot of you I have to create a pdf file of my drawings to send to the printer.  I recently found software that works great and is very easy to use.  It’s called PDF Factory.  The web address is pdffactory.com.  When you log in there is three options: pdfFactory, pdfFactory Pro, and Fine Print.

I use pdfFactory.   It asks for a name and registration number.  Just enter your name.  Then hit print and you can choose one of 60 paper sizes or you can use custom and create any size.  Continue with the print options and there is your PDF file.

There is an option to buy the software but so far I have used it for free.

I use Softplan's "Export to PDF" exclusively and have not had any issues.

With 2018, you can select Batch Export Portable Document Format (PDF). Don't remember if it was different with 2014 but with 2018, you can select the format size (dpi) which helps a lot which I'm pretty sure isn't available in 2014

I use 2014 and here is not an option to convert to PDF.  At least not one I have found. This for those of use using an earlier version of SoftPlan.

Before "EXPORT TO PDF", I always used CUTE PDF. It's also free and as far as I can remember, you can configure ANY size PDF that you want.

However, PDF Factory does seem to be a reasonable solution.
