I appologize if this is in another thread.

I have had a few issues with customers thinking the rendering is exactly what the finished house will look like.

Does anyone have a rendering disclaimer on thier drawings?  What does it say?

 

I'm thinking "ALL RENDERINGS/PICTURES SHOWN ARE FOR ILLUSTRATION PURPOSE ONLY."

This is ours that I add to sometimes depending on the presentation;
