Northeast one and two family production builder/developer seeks experienced Softplan user to produce working drawings for company projects. Example project: 30 lot single family subdivision where we need 3 - 2400+- floor plans with multiple front elevation options. We will provide design overview together with base plans to work from. This work would be roughly 80% drafting and 20% design. We have worked remotely in the past with Softplan users successfully as we have and work in Softplan.
