Softplan Drawing Problems

I am very new to Softplan, I bought 2018 Softplan. I have been drawing a house plan for about a week. When i go back to 3D views or any of the elevations tabs all the windows, walls, ceiling, roof is gone. I am absolutely lost here. Can anyone help????

You're saying the 3d views are a blank screen?

Check the extract settings first to see that they are selected. After, you may have to verify under Materials that the check box for the textures are visible. Make sure that the Default is checked.

Make sure the floor plans you're working with are in the 'Model' section of the Navigation menu.
