I might be missing something, but can't get to figured out how to draw a sloped window when the roof and ceiling are straight as seen in the picture.

 

is it possible to create a window where I could manually give each side of the window a different height?

You can make custom openings by drawing them with lines, saving as elevation opening and creating a new window from the elevation opening. Search "pitched parallelogram window" on the main
