New openings not reflecting in the opening schedule

I created a custom opening and it doesn't show up in the opening schedule.  I can assign an opening ID but still does not show up in the schedule.  Any help would be great.

What type of opening did you save it under? Is that Opening Type part of the field selected in the table?

This also happens to me, don't know why and haven't figured out how to correct.

Any ideas?

Sorry, I have never created a ticket, so I do not have any idea on how to do this.

Go to the help tab and click on Softplan support to create and send a ticket
