I have been asked to draw up a basement with a walk-up option - something I have never done or built before.  Essentially the basement floor is approximately 4' below grade and they want a double door that opens to a set of steps that go up that 4' to the back yard.  Does anyone have any details of something like this or can anyone direct me to where I can find such details?

We call that a forced walkout in the field and I'm looking through my old drawings for the detail for you. I have a generic polebarn /house with just that detail, but I'm searching for a better one.
