Good Morning,

 

I complete a project for a client, and then I share that project with them so they can print views of the rendering at the angles the want, but they can't because the project appears incomplete.  Custom scans used as a background, symbols generated from 3D Warehouse blocks, and blocks with scanned textures all appear incorrectly or not at all.

 

Am I doing something wrong?  Do I need to send them all the associated support files and walk them through putting them into the correct folders?  Even after I did that they sometimes have to reinsert the blocks?

 

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated...

How are you "sharing" the project? Review?

Sharing the complete project with another softplan user by putting their key in the project info.

This has been brought up before ... or at least touched on ... ALL project information, textures, EVERYTHING "should" be available by sharing with another key, or even simply ZIPPING the whole folder. Nothing should NOT be available with the project.

When you say should, do you mean that is what we would like to happen, or do you mean I am doing something wrong?  I can't get a complete rendered building to share completely.
