I have the GPS coordinates for the corners of a site. Is their any way to get that into Soft Plan to make a site map?

GPS devices are only accurate to at best 3'... some as bad as 25'.  So I can't see any reason why you would want to use GPS coordinates.  For an accurate site plan, an engineer's survey is critical.  If accuracy is not that important, you could just create a site plan if you know the lot dimensions and location of north.

Do a quick search.  Appears there is software out there to do what you are looking for.  Then you would have to import in SP.  This may be more hassle than you are looking for but I think you have to find a work around as SP in site mode deals with surveyors coordinates.
