Hi,

I'm looking at purchasing a design program like Softplan or Chief Architect and have a couple questions about Softplan and Softplan Remodel that I couldn't find answers to on the site.

1. To confirm, the base purchase of Softplan or Softplan Remodel comes with SoftPlan+ until the next major release of the software? So all premium manufacturer content is available to use at the beginning?

2. Can a plan that is created in Softplan Remodel be opened and floors added in Softplan?

3. What is Softplan and Softplan Remodel's material list capability without SoftList? Can the base software generate any material lists without the add-on?

Best bet is to talk with sales. They have all the answers that you are looking for. Most of us have the full version of Softplan so the remodel questions are tough to answer. As for the Softplan+, yes I believe that is correct. As long as you have Softplan+ you will get the manufacturer content
