So just wondering what it means if Support tells me that they will forward my issue to the development team?

Have had a few issues where I was told that and never heard back from them, and the issue is still there......

The way I understand it, is that support have verified whatever issues you have, are actually issues (typically relating to program function), and not something you're doing. Passing them on to development effectively means that either it will be fixed and a program patch issued, or that a new feature may be added in the next program release.

Either way I don't think you specifically will hear any more about it.

Alright, just sucks that you're stuck with something and don't know when the updated/patch is going to happen

I don't hold my breath anymore waiting for patches as except for the first months following the new releases (and even then), I rarely seen patches for issues sent.

Denis, post your issue here also.  You'll get someone to chime in, there is a workaround solution for almost everything.
