SoftPlan Spotlight: Jason Fischer
Jason was the runner-up in our inaugural Outdoor Living Design Contest. “This project is really all about Lake Michigan. It is a vacation home designed to entertain in the summer and become a cozy retreat during the winter,” wrote Jason. “The customer wanted to have an influence of European castles in a modern home. We mixed old-world charm with modern amenities and came up with the perfect year-round retreat. Since this is a second home, our goal in the backyard design was to maximize entertainment space while minimizing maintenance. We've always used SoftPlan! The result was spectacular - you should see it at sunset!”
Jason is a graduate of Bethel College in Mishawaka, IN, with a bachelor's degree in Organizational Management and Andrews University in Berrien Springs, MI majoring in Architecture. Jason brings creativity into action, guiding clients from their initial vision through the entire design process and selections. During construction, Jason continues to advise and ensure that the integrity of the design is maintained. When Jason isn't working, he enjoys traveling the world with his family and creating music on the piano.
