When I generate an elevation but before I save it as a new drawing, sometimes I move around or zoom in the check it or whatever.  In the process sometimes I accidentally change the viewpoint so the it is not straight on anymore.

Is there anyway to reset the view point instead of having to close the drawing and then regenerating it?

under the Camera tab click on the camera button. From there you can select which view you want

I mostly use the same as Denis (camera tab, select arrow for direction). You can also click on the binoculars in the middle of the 3D Camera and click on the elevation that you want. It will bring it to a straight face on but you will have to use the arrows to center the elevation.

The "Zoom Extent" icon in Softview will do the same thing. I have the command on a keyboard  shortcut.

Good point. Just to clarify, you must double click the arrow off the model (ex. sky)
