This is an issue I seem to be having every time I design a foundation for a metal building.   Where I have to design a pier for a column, the wall needs to be thicker to fit the rebar cage.  I usually use a 24" thick concrete wall in SP.   The intermediate piers clean up nicely.  However at the corners it is generating a line where the two different wall thicknesses meet end to end,.  The one I am showing in the picture is an example.  The pier / 24" wall at the corner is running up and down.   The wall join coming in from the left cleans up nicely.  I am getting the line at the end to end match.

Thanks,

That may be one for "adjust wall materials" in the tools menu.  Since I don't have an example to play with it might not work out.

Wall joining is always touchy. Did you try to increase the wall join tolerance for the vertical wall since it's joining in a thicker wall?
