When editing drawing dimensions the bubble pops up with the dimension and will not allow the number to be edit till it is clicked on several times.  How do you remove the bubble dimension?

Not sure what you mean by "the bubble"? When edit an actual dimension there should be a dialogue box that pops up so you can edit what you will. When you click "ok" then the action you specified should happen with the dialogue box also going away.
