Out here in Northwest Iowa I have come across a few guys who want to make sure their classic restored tractor is going to fit in their garage. Does anyone have any ideas where I might find if not a 3D symbol at least a plan symbol? I know this isn't a high demand object, and if there's not one they can get by with an appropriately dimensioned box that says "tractor".

Thanks,

Derk

That's very handy to know! I didn't realize you could assign Softlist properties to each as you import it as well...thanks everyone!

Careful with any symbols used, check the sizes to make sure they're accurate.  Could be an expensive fix if that combine doesn't fit in the barn.

Yes!!  AND they keep getting bigger.

Had a customer about 15 years ago cut out the bottom cord of his 20 year old pole barn trusses to fit his new combine.  He called us after to figure out how to fix it...  The ridge was sagging 1-2 feet by the time the structural engineer showed up.   I believe we just walked away, but I can't remember for sure.

More and more of the local farmers are turning to steel framed buildings to increase their overall size.  Massive buildings...
