What are multi-format notes best used for? And how do you rotate them if needed?

In my opinion, they are best used for directly copy and pasting notes that include bold, italic and standard word type formatting within one single note. You should be able to rotate them with the rotate command as any other item.

I sue them to download MS Word files I have. I have a building code analysis I use for commercial projects. I prefer to tyope and edit this in Word. I also have an outline spec I do for residential projects. Easeier to mamange in Word.

The biggest thing about Multi-format notes is SP treats them as an image file when saved to a PDF, so the quality sometimes is off, and it makes the PDF a huge file depending on how much you have. Try an experiment with saving to a PDF with and without to see the file size difference. I use a whole page of mutli-format notes from my engineer and it drastically changes my file sizes.
