Just getting started with this and my CM brought this up. I see the cutlist shows waste but we are wondering about siding, sheathing, sheetrock, etc. Going to dive into tutorials and help manual but thought I would check here also.

No, since Softlist takes off what you input, (minus cutting of material) there is no waste included in the formulas unless you go and adjust.  You can do this easily in the material section
