fit wall to roof raises second floor

when i fit the wall to roof it raises the second floor and roof. any thoughts somehow the wall i'm trying to rake is attached to the second floor.

Do you have your reference point on the corner of that wall? If so, that would change your heights.

Thanks forgot to put in a reference point that did it.
