is there a way to have these show in capitals?

In architectural drawings, EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE IN CAPITALS.

Any ideas or suggestions

We are a college and we are on 2018 educational

Thanks in advance for your help

FOLLOW UP..

This is relating to the Dates, Days, and auto entry and NOT the from the project information. I know in the project information, if you enter it in CAPS it will show in CAPS but not the date and/or days

There was a discussion on the subject of all capitals on our drawings.  While it may be taught that way, in practice, all capitals are not always used.  I personally prefer a mixture, using all caps and capitalizing the first letter in some instances, just depending on what is noted.  IMO, all caps are hard to read.

I agree with Kevin, I've been drawing for 45 years with a variety of companies from Architects to Builders and have NEVER used all caps. I normally use "Sentence case" - and the new text adjustment in 2020 should also include Sentence case - and ONLY ever use ALL CAPITALS to emphasize something.

Thank you Keith & Kevin for your valuable feedback. I appreciate you taking the time to post a reply.

I guess I am old school. I am an Architect and have been doing this for 35 years and I have been using Softplan for over 23 years. I now  teach Architecture and practice on the side.

I go by the AIA standards. ALL CAPS. With the Information Stamps option, it displays it as you enter it (i.e. names, and project) but only the dates/days is I have no control on it. Not a big deal, but as a professor, I like to be consistent.

I guess in the dates/days I need to make an exception and blame the software or make the students enter it as a note and not Info. Stamp entry.

Thanks again.

Nader

I too have my text in ALL CAPS. As far as I know there isn't anything in the information stamps that gives us control over that. Be nice if we could.

2020 is still in pre-release ...

Date and time is not a Softplan function, so you can't blame the software. The Date and Time format is pulled directly from the windows system options.
