Just want to confirm I'm not missing something.

 

Note the 3 way and 4 way, backwards.

 

No other options or what am I missing?

Edit the electrical symbol on the system level and change it to allow reverse.

Be sure to update your drawing library.

The numbers and letters in the 2D electrical symbols are not text.  They are lines and arcs and will stay oriented to the symbol no matter which direction the symbol is placed.

I know it's bizarre, but that's the way I would expect electrical symbols to be.

They are that way so the connecting arc lines do not cover the symbol
