Searched and couldn't find anything on exactly what I'm experiencing.
As my cursor (cross hairs) are traveling across the screen every second it stops for a split second. This happens every one second, not about every second. Doesn't sound like a huge deal but when you're flying around the screen and expect your cursor to be somewhere when you click and its not it gets a little annoying. I've got two mice (one wireless and one wired) and it does the same thing with both of them. It only happens in Softplan, no other programs experience this issue.
