I was looking around for an acrylic shower pan of a certain size and style in a 3D AutoCAD drawing and found this site http://free3dbase.com/. With a few mods to one of their files and application of some textures I wound up with exactly what I needed. 100's of good quality 3D models available.

great find martin,
i downloaded the 3 grass 3ds models
their in the "garden" library / category / folder / etc.
(btw, they have dwg, dxf and other formats)
downloaded the garden - grass models.
showing the number 3 3ds format model
it's long grass,
1 is short and 2 is a little longer than the #1.
the fencing editing is great,
you can design almost any design and size of fence
including the posts and pads (round or square).
we usually refer to what is called "pads" in SP as "piers"
i guess it depends on what part of the country your from.

the grass models come 4' sq. i left it that size
and copied a bunch of them together for this rendering.
i'd probably try a grass texture on them and see
how that looks. for this one i use a green color
with no depth relief.

for long grass texture, try using a LEAF texture from the leaf folder in the SITE folder
you can add long grass 3d symbols to
the foreground of the view. same with trees, bushes, plants
etc. frame your building.
tip: for snow scenes, there are a few white leaf textures.
other textures for snow scenes.
you can use a white roof texture
white textures on your terrain.
play with different white textures for you snow scenes
and than SAVE them in your
file / material files / save.
to load them into other projects,
file / material files / LOAD > pick the snow scene file or whatever season you've saved.

I happened on another, it is very extensive, but a simple search can land items we may find useful, eg; appliances. Found a few there.
