When in room mode if you manually edit the shaded area of a room, be certain you move all the bubbles.  This has caught me twice because I wasn't being careful enough but won't ever again

I've noticed sometimes they update themselves when you move a wall, sometimes they dont. I think it has something to do with the layout.

If I start with a square room, it will update itself if I just move a wall. However if I had a bump out or jog in a wall, it won't. You have to recreate the room so that it uses

a polygon instead of a square.

So, either way your really much check that they are still accurate before  you send out any drawing that uses them.

Yes. Though, we don't really use the information here. Our estimator use to use it for room sqft for material ordering, but

now that we have them using bluebeam they are just getting the sqft for each room on their own.
