How can a adjust my winder to 0".  No kidding, I am doing an as-built of a house built in '85 and all winders come to a point.  It is like a 2' drop if you step wrong.  Guess it goes with no bike helmets and drinking out of the hose. :-)

The amount of tread at the inside of a winder is tied to the stair width and the radius of the angle. You have a 40" wide stair and a 48" radius. Change the radius to 40" and it will change the winder tread spacing.
