How is the best way to set up a project with three buildings?  Do I need to use 3 separate folders and combine them on the site plan using neighborhood?  Or is there a better way?

I've had trouble with multiple buildings in one project.  Plate heights in one building mess up the other.  Neighborhood worked great for me, even when I had to connect structures with a covered walkway.

Absolutely use neighborhood. There is no other way to control finishes. If you put them all into one project, then they all share the same finishes.

The New Project Level option along with a custom drawing to seperate each might be a solution as well...

Don't they have to be separate projects to use project level options anyway?
