When i try to offset a line .... softplan wont allow me.
However some lines will offset. I think at some
point a setting got changed. Lines before the
change will offset but lines after will not.
I dont know what that setting is because
i didnt change it. Any help would be
appreciated. Thanks so much

check to make sure the line is not on another layer or option. I have had it happen to me as well and if I remember most times it was that.
