What "field of view" is most realistic? See attached.

Good question and I am sure that there is a lot of various opinions. I have recently heard that you should take it from eye level and with a field of about 120 degrees which is what our eyes see. Though I like to raise my eyesight, on exteriors a bit higher (about 7' - 7'6"). Curious what others chime in.
