So I'm trying to import a dwg/dxf file and here's the import report I get.

Never heard that it can't import something because it's outside of the "Softplan World"....

Anyone with similar issues or any suggestions on how to fix it or get the drawing to work?

Newer version of AutoCAD maybe than SoftPlan can interpolate? Maybe try saving as an older version of AutoCAD.

Have the person who created the file move everything cloder to the 0,0 coordinate and then export it.

Yep, this.  I'll bet you're trying to import a survey.

Thanks guys!

Just want to let you know that moving it to 0,0 coordinates fixed the issue

I do with that there was a way to fix this on our end. I hate having to ask for people to change things on their drawings after it already took too long to get to me in the first place. I use Autodesk TrueView for viewing the DWG files but it does not allow you to change that point. I always have to down convert back to 2008 which is the last AutoCAD version that I had in order to move it.
