OK I have to break down and turn to my fellow SoftPlan users for this one.

For the life of me I can not remember how to add textures to the texture library.

I've done it before but I have a brain freeze today.

I want to add a new siding texture to the texture library. Can anyone steer me in the right direction?

Thanks

It's really just as simple as copying a nice, clean, good quality image to the proper folder in the 3D/Textures directory in your system files.

Do you mean an image? If so you can copy/paste with Windows.

That is correct. Here is a link to another thread on the subject http://softplan.com/...-texture-files/

"Copy" is the first thing. "Paste" is the second thing. It won't work the other way around.

Add a new image (must be added in the .bmp or .jpg file format) to your texture library by placing it into the appropriate texture folder. To do this, select SoftPlan 2018 ® 3D ® Textures ® Bitmaps, and then the appropriate folder.

I can't remember how to add my jpg image to the appropriate folder.

I am so embarrassed to ask this again because I have done this in the past.

thanks again for your help
