I was just going through and changing my font sizes for printing a drawing at a different scale. Just out of curiosity, does everyone have size type grayed out to Custom for Dimension Numbers and Opening Sizes or is that only mine. Like it won't allow me to select Small, Medium or Large and just enter a custom number size instead.

Brian, mine are grayed out also. I can't find anywhere to change that.

Is this at the project or drawing level? Could it be that it is tied to the system options or locked in some other way?

You can change it but you have to do it in the settings box not the drop down...

Let me pull it up and screen shot it... .i'll be right back.

Ok so when you put in text sizes for the small medium & large on the left, then you can pick which one you want for each instance on the right.

The dimensions can be set to custom, and you can enter it there to the right.

Hope this helps!!

Jon, I we know that. We can't figure out why Custom is grayed out on the Dimension's. It doesn't make since why.

Becuase " Custom" isn't a preset size. It requires you to pick a custom size when you select it while placing text.

I don't mind the custom on dimension numbers and opening sizes. My dimension numbers are slightly larger than than detail notes and don't line up with S, M, L or XL.
