One drive is causing so many problems because it will not sync properly. So we will be switching over to drop box. Can I move the projects file to drop box or will that cause errors? All our files are stored locally and just synced through one drive folder. Whats the easiest way to do this any suggestions?

Use Microsoft Synctoy program to copy your C:/Softplan/Projects folder to your Dropbox folder

One drive works great for me. Just you make sure that that in windows explorer under the status column you right click and select "Always keep on this device"
