SoftPlan has developed a certification exam so that job applicants will soon have a direct way to show their proficiency with SoftPlan to prospective employers. Would you consider adopting SoftPlan certification into your hiring process? If yes, we’d love to hear from you. If I failed the certification test, I might have to fire myself. Which wouldn't be all that bad.

I believe official certification through SoftPlan is a great idea. Even if a company uses a different software, it would prove they have understanding of basic modeling principles which applies to any modeling program.

I think its  great idea and Does anyone know if this is available for review or taking  and a list of things one must know to think about pasing it.

Ive tried calling and leaving messages for a  Mr. Henderson but nobody returns the call or email.

The certification process is still a work in process.   At the time of the post, we were trying to gauge the interest level of something like it and whether or not it would or could be used to assist in the hiring process.
