I would dearly love some assistance with restoring my system options.  Somehow an archive backup didn't backup the softplan.cfg file in the destination that was selected.  Perhaps someone might be able to help me retrieve it.  Alot to ask, I know....

The backup system option and cfg files are all in an aptly named file on my C drive.  So I follow the standard procedure of clicking:

File, System Options, and Archive, then check all boxes and hit Restore, then in the "Locate Archive Folder" window, I clear the checked use default box and hit the browse button, and carefully select the directory where the system option folders and cfg files are located, clicked OK, and a small "Attention" window opens with this message:

"There were no system information files found on drive C"

Anyone have any ideas?

Start out by closing out of Softplan and then restarting it. In Windows look at the destination folder and see what is in there. If the config file isn't there then it isn't there and when you archived it went somewhere other than where you thought.
