So I am not sure if others are able to reproduce this but I noticed it for the second time and thought that it was a little odd.

When I go into Site Drawing Mode and go to draw a Site Line for the Property by Enter Surveyors Coordinates, I am able to draw out the full site and close it. But then if I try and do another one in the same drawing, it won't work.

Now it is not often that I draw 2 properties in the same drawing but one today was where they were combining 2 lots. But I recall having the same problem a couple months ago when I mis-drew the first property and erased it to draw another one and it would not let me.

I found that the fix is that I can close the entire project file and not just the drawing file and open again and then it allows me to draw with Enter Surveyors Coordinates again but I am not sure why it won't let me do 2 in the same file from the start. I believe that it would allow this before 2020 but I am not sure.

I can reproduce this.  I opened and existing Site Plan and added a simple 30' square property using "Surveyors Coordinates".  Which would be the second closed polygon on the drawing.  It then would not allow me to start a second polygon using "Surveyors Coordinates", even after erasing the one I just drew.  I am able to sketch as many polygons as i want.

Brian, if you are planning to adjust grades for 3D work, I would draw the outside of all the combined properties and use a Site Line to show the common lines between the properties.  In my experience, grades do not align that well across properties.
