What is the magic for importing a DWG file? I have a file I need to import and can't seem to get it to do so. I can see it in ACAD LT but when I got to import nothing. What and I doing wrong?

Scroll to the bottom of the Layers list to see if any new ones were added by the GWG file and turn them on.

Many times this is caused by the location of the dwg file.

Check to see if the center of the item is at or close to the 0,0 coordinate.

It may be outside of Softplans' world.

Thanks Martin no new layers to turn on.

Steve - How do I get the file to 0,0?

In autocadlt, MOVE, pick a point on or near the drawing, then enter 0,0,0.

That should do it.
