i generally do remodeling but i just got a set of plans dose anyone have a questionnaire on the room by room picks on walls,flooring and so on to get some ideal on 

there selection on all the room would anyone if be willing to share one i would sure appreciated it

Ron, I've been a builder,designer for 41 years. While softplan has that capability, I don't know of anyone who goes into that type of detail. I will say this, the process you are asking about is easily done, if you think about the items in a room. Then just duplicate. Kitchens and baths will of course be different, but the rest will be pretty cookie cutter.

You could always use the INTERIOR MODE room selection sheet to get the items necessary to create your own FINISHES SCHEDULE.
