Has anybody tried to export SOFTPLAN files to REScheck-Web site. One of my local building authorities is requiring me to use 2018 IECC which is only available on the web, not an application that is downloaded to my computer.

Yes.  IF you have your model build correctly, all walls, ceilings, floors etc. The correct windows, door etc.

Export the rescheck script then open it in rescheck.  It should all be there.  You pick the code in sp and in rescheck.  Both with have a check box for 2018 IECC.

Doing a commercial project in Comcheck is more involved.  After loading into rescheck print a copy and then enter by hand into Comcheck.  Much slower but you save all the measuring and calculating.

I am in Softplan 2020. The export only goes up to IECC 2015. The other problem is how do you export into an online application rather than an application that is on your computer? The REScheck 2018 application is only available online!

Sorry, I wasn't paying enough attention.

I guess you'll have to export it to 2015, print then manually type it into the online version.

You have to install the windows version of rescheck.

Then you can export your project  as a 2015 version rck file.

Then login to the webversion and import that rck file.

You can then edit the imported project from 2015 to 2018 and look at the results.
