I have a strange issue and am wondering if anyone can help me. In SoftPlan, only the first level of ALT commands work. For example ALT+D gives you the draw tools which should then show which key to press for all the specific commands. When I try it, the ALT key shows me all the first level keys, but when I press any of them, I can't go further because the screen goes back to normal view. The ALT commands are still working fine in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excell, OneNote, and Outlook. I installed SoftPlan 2020 on my other laptop and it works fine, even after do a backup and restore from my main laptop.
Tech support doesn't know what it is. Some suggestions from them are to make sure all Windows updates are installed, removing and installing the keyboard driver, resetting the keyboard settings or reinstalling SoftPlan.
I just thought I would check here before I try a bunch of different things.
My dictation command software uses the ALT commands, so I really need them to work properly.
