I am with a builder in Minnesota and have been using Softplan for 20+ years. We typically work with base plans that we modify for each customer. All my plans are accurately drawn with a lot of detail (we use Softlist for our material takeoffs). We have not used the 3D functionality of Softplan except when I am checking rooflines etc.
I am looking for someone with more 3D experience to take our base plans and create some 3D models, walkthroughs, and panoramic views. The majority of the work needed is cleaning up and assigning textures and lighting / light points. Our goal is to get some of our most popular models on our website with 3D views.
