nevermind.  I unfortunately had to delete my .spp file which solved the notice however lost a bunch of associations to the project like the model stack, colors and render options and other stuff contained in the spp.

I've been getting it a lot as well since the latest patch update... I wonder if it's a bug associated with the patch?

For sure a bug.  it just happened this morning another project.

Found a solution:  on the opening page, delete the project from the cloud then open the project normally, now you can save back to the cloud if you like.......problem solved!

I have been getting this message on pretty much every single project ever since going to 2020 a year ago. Does not matter if it is a old project or a brand new one. They told be to delete the cloud file but that did not help.

I've been getting it as well and I don't use the Softplan cloud.

Hmmm, tech support said it had to do with the cloud. Do you by chance store to a network hard drive or is it your local drive on the PC?

Did you use Softplan Support at all. The support loads the files to the cloud.

Nope, all local with added Dropbox. I reported it to tech support and they came back with the cloud response as well so I just let it go. Takes more time to report it back and forth than it does to just click past it.

I get this message on most of my projects as well during start up. Support said it had something to do with the cloud but I don't save anything to the cloud. With each patch I feel there are more issues than fixes.

Yes, they usually do ... Having said that, it's been a while since I've seen a Sottplan Tech respond to any post.

After loading SP on the opening page if you remove the effected project from the cloud it will fix the issue. use your left pick button on the folder then 'delete from cloud'.  once you do this go ahead and re-upload as usual it should be fixed.

Still happens with me every time Brent and, as said before, I don't use the Softplan cloud at all. I just ignore it and click through. It is kind of lame though.
