*I really hope this isn't a repeat post. I did search for it before posting this.

Please tell me there's a way to edit/customize the font for elevation markers, section details, etc.

I know I can change what it says, but cannot locate where I can edit the font details.

Thanks in advance.

You can change the font in the Project Option's Elevation/Section Labels. Change it in the System Option's if you want it for future Projects.

This doesn't allow changing the actual font, only what is labelled on the marker.

I have attached a screenshot to show what I'm referring to.  :)
The font size is much larger than I would prefer.

Thanks Jon. I might be looking right past it but I'm not sure it's in this list (?)
This is how it's shown under system, drawing and project options.

change everything under font name on the right, to what you want it to be.... everything in the box below too....

I like all mine to be the same.

The Marker Text is currently controlled by the Dimension Numbers entry under Character Setup.

A suggestion has been made to give them their own entry under Character Setup.

Tracy, change it with the dimension number size.

Thank you Richard. That's why it's so large. I have a few customers requesting larger dimension #'s, but I didn't realize it would affect the font size on my elevation markers. It must be a 2020 thing.

You may be able to explode the label, then it would follow the size of your detailed notes and the dimension would follow the dimension number size.

Exploding isn't necessary. You can right click the individual dimension, and change the size of the text. Repeat edit by box if you want all of them to match.

Yes.....Elevation marker font is tied to the Dimension Font. I have no idea why, and it needs to be changed. I requested this several months ago to Tech Support, but no patch as of yet.

Currently exploding and changing it manually for now.....

That doesn't work for the ELEVATION MARKER Text  ... it only changes the dimension text

They didn't think of it when they went to Annotated Elevation's.
