How do I do that??? I need to open a project that's in the cloud, b/c our server is down this morning.
But it's not in the list on the home screen... how do I get to it?

Hi Jon.
I looked for a ticket or call to support and was unable to find one. I'd suggest contacting support if this is still an issue.
We will need the name of the project and the key number that you used to create/save the project to the cloud in order to confirm that it is saved there.

Brent, I know it's saved there. I can't narrow this down to one project, as I may have to open multiple projects in the future that are saved in the cloud but are pushed too far down the list to show on the home page anymore....
I would think this would be a simple yes or no answer... Either, yeah you can open from the cloud even if it's not in the list and here's how to do it, or no you can't....

You know that list on the home page scrolls don't you? It should go back a long long way.

Yep, and it wasn't listed there. I scrolled all the way to the bottom and back several times.
I've got 30-40 projects on my job board at any given time usually... So sometimes things get bumped down pretty quick.

When I scroll the entire list of projects on my start page that have been saved to the cloud, the number matches the number that are actually on the cloud.
I also tested saving a project to our server then I disconnected from the server. The project, which was successfully uploaded to the cloud was available on my start page and downloaded from the cloud properly.
Please submit a ticket next time a project does not appear on your start page which you believe has been successfully uploaded to the cloud. Once again, we will need you to confirm the key number used and the exact name of the project.

Jon.
If the project was successfully uploaded to the cloud it should appear on the start page. That is where you access files saved to the cloud. That said, if the file is not on the list, it is not on the cloud either.
The questions I asked on your ticket were in an attempt to determine why you believed cloud files were not appearing on your start page.Without the missing project names, and project count from your start page we don't have the information needed to determine if there is an issue or not.

That's what I wanted to know.
Also. Will that list continue to populate through time? At some point, that list could end up showing 100's of projects in it correct? Or does it have a limit? If in a year from now I need to pull up a project that I worked on, and bam, our server is down that day for some reason, I should be able to scroll far enough back, to see that project in the list correct?
I have a feeling, it isn't going to be that simple.
