It would be nice to have the option for a 2 or 3 segmented arrow, rather than just one segmentation!

Go to shapes > Arrow > Segmented Arrow. Should be able to add as many as you like to any notes.

No that's wrong ... you only get one angle - two segments.

 

As the original poster says extra segments would be nice!
